Personalized Sexuality Education
Personalized, Science-Based Sex Education for Adults
Most of us never got the sex education we actually needed. What we learned in school (if we learned anything at all) was often incomplete, shame-based, or focused solely on preventing pregnancy and STIs.
You deserve accurate information about pleasure, desire, and how your body actually works.
These one-on-one education sessions offer clear, pleasure-inclusive, science-based information tailored to your questions and curiosities. Whether you're exploring kink, trying to understand desire, curious about sex toys, or want to know how arousal and orgasm work, we'll focus on what matters most to you.

Who Is This For?
Specialized sexuality education sessions are for anyone who wants to:
-
Understand their body better — How arousal works, what impacts desire, how different bodies experience pleasure
-
Explore new territory — Information about kink/BDSM basics, consensual non-monogamy, different types of sex toys and how to use them
-
Get practical — Information to navigate pleasure during physical changes, adapting sexual practices, trying new things safely
-
Fill in the gaps — Learn what you wish someone had taught you years ago
-
Support a partner — Understanding a partner's sexual identity, needs, or interests
-
Prepare for a conversation — Getting ready to talk with a partner about desires, boundaries, or changes

This is education, not therapy. While we may touch on personal experiences, the focus is on information-sharing and skill-building rather than processing emotions or trauma.

Why Personalized Education?
Google Can't Do This
The internet is full of contradictory, moralistic, or just plain wrong information about sex. Search results are dominated by porn (which isn't education), clickbait articles, and advice that doesn't account for different bodies, identities, or circumstances.

With personalized education, you get:
-
Information tailored to YOUR body, situation, and questions
-
A chance to ask follow-up questions and clarify confusion
-
Guidance from someone with clinical training and real-world experience
-
A non-judgmental space to explore topics that feel vulnerable

When Education Works Better Than Therapy
Sometimes what you need isn't emotional processing—it's just information. Sexuality education is ideal when:
-
You're curious and want to learn, not work through distress
-
You need practical guidance or skills
-
You want to make informed decisions about your body or relationships
-
You're preparing for a new experience or transition
-
You want a one-time consultation rather than ongoing therapy

Common Questions
Is this confidential?
Absolutely. Everything discussed in your session stays between us, just like therapy.
What if my questions feel embarrassing?
I've worked in sexual health for 17 years and have deep experience in pleasure education, kink communities, and gender-diverse care. Trust me—I've heard it all, and there's nothing you could ask that would surprise or judge you.
Can I bring a partner?
Yes! You are free to use the space relationally if you'd like to learn together.
Do I need multiple sessions?
Many people find one session covers what they need, but you're welcome to schedule additional sessions for different topics, or for follow up conversations to continue supporting your learning and growth journey
Will you recommend specific products?
When appropriate, yes. I have extensive knowledge of sex toys and adaptive devices and can offer specific recommendations based on your needs and budget. I don't receive commissions—my recommendations are based solely on what works.
What if I'm not sure what I want to learn?
That's fine! We can start with "I'm curious about X but don't know where to start" and I'll help guide the conversation.
